From professional sport to the boardroom — on mental strength, focus, and what begins in the mind.

I was born and raised in Lübeck, Germany — the first in my Ukrainian family to be born there. Maybe that's what taught me early on: what I make of this life is entirely up to me.
And alongside school and university, there was always sport. What started as fun on roller skates became 16 years of competitive sport and 3 years as a professional athlete — which mostly meant one thing: fall down, get up, repeat. Until you reach your goal.
Whether it was moving abroad alone for the first time at 13, deciding at 20 to work toward Germany's first world title in solo dance, completing an MBA at HEC Paris at 23, or working alongside executive boards as a management consultant at 25 — every day, I try to question existing limits and redefine them.
Today, as a founder building my own company, I bring the same consistency and discipline from sport into my everyday entrepreneurial life.
At 9, I found joy in the mix of strength, endurance, emotion, and elegance that artistic roller skating offered me. Today I look back on some defining milestones.
World Skate Games champion in Buenos Aires — the sport's highest competition.
Germany's first-ever World Championship medal in solo dance.
2 European Championship medals, over 20 international titles won.
All of it carried by passion — and the drive to show that more is possible than we often think.
In my keynotes, I share personal insights from my journey in high-performance sport — the highs, and the moments I failed in front of thousands of eyes.
I talk about what helped me realign and come back stronger. About big goals and genuine persistence, about decision-making under real pressure — and about not just controlling your own mind, but consciously using it to your advantage.
In workshops and consulting engagements, I build the bridge between elite sport and business, drawing on my experience as a management consultant.
Together we translate performance principles into everyday business practice: focus, routines, mental strength, motivation, team dynamics — practical and grounded.
In deeper 1:1 coaching, I support individuals through periods of change — with the goal of strengthening mental focus, breaking cycles of overthinking, and staying effective under pressure.
Selected features, interviews, and profiles on my journey in sport and beyond — mostly in German-language media.
